Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Regulations

EU Declaration of Conformity & UKCA Declaration of Conformity

A Declaration of Conformity (DOC) is a mandatory document in which we declare our pads and gloves comply with the requirements of the Personal Protective Equipment Regulation (EU) 2016/425 (including as amended to apply in Great Britain). It is produced in two forms: an EU DOC for CE marking, and a UKCA DOC for UKCA marking.

The PPE Regulation is in place to ensure that only safe and effective products are placed on the market. By signing the DOC we are declaring that all our batting pads and gloves comply with these regulations and we take full responsibility for their
ongoing conformity. It also provides conformation that our products have been designed and constructed in line with the safety requirements of the legislation and have been through the appropriate testing and certification process, including details of the certification body which has assessed our products and the certificate numbers allocated to each item. With these details, consumers can contact the certification body to verify that our documentation is authentic and remains current and valid.
